We're delighted to host our Food Coast Donegal friends, Sian of Wild Fuchsia Bakehouse and Cindy from Coco Milis, who collaborate as Donegal Wild Atlantic Flavours to bring you authentic cooking experiences. Their latest workshop, All About the Ale, takes place at the brewery and our beers will be used in this baking and chocolate-making class.

ALL ABOUT THE ALE
Sian from Donegal Wild Atlantic Flavours will kick off the morning showing participants how to make Irish Stout Bread with Kinnegar's very own Yannaroddy porter. Everyone will then get to make their own bread, which they can take home with them at the end of the class. While the bread is baking Sian will demontrate how to make a spicy relish with some of Donegal’s homegrown produce.
Cindy from Donegal Wild Atlantic Flavours will introduce you to the wonderful world of chocolate, by delving into its history, production, and taste, giving you an unparalleled understanding of this decadent treat and the story behind Cindy’s company, Coco Milis. Participants will get the opportunity to experiment with chocolate and beer flavours in what will be a fun tasting!
After this hands-on cookery class, enjoy lunch and a sampling of some more of Donegal’s finest produce. The Kinnegar Team takes over after lunch with a tour of the brewery. You'll get an overview of the brewing process before settling in at the Taproom to sample some beers.Lunch and refreshments are included in the package. You'll receives a goodie bag to take home and the recipes from the classes will be emailed to you so that you can profit from the learning experience on your home turf.
